Lady Gaga will be utilizing her philanthropic efforts on June 26, as she will join the Dalai Lama for a special event in Indianapolis, IN. The two plan to address almost 300 city leaders at the U.S. Conference of Mayors 84th Annual Meeting.
According to a press release, the Dalai Lama will “focus on the global significance of building kind and compassionate cities through action at the local level" at the conference, which is closed to the public. Gaga will then come onstage for a Q&A discussion.
I am honored to be sitting down with the @DalaiLama this Sunday to have a conversation about kindness to 300 of our important US mayors. ✌🏾— Lady Gaga (@ladygaga) June 22, 2016
