A large truck drove down a busy street in Nice, France on Thursday evening, killing as many as 77 people and injuring scores more during annual Bastille Day celebrations, Buzzfeed News reports.
French authorities are investigating the incident as an act of "murder, attempted murder in an organized group linked to a terrorist enterprise." Guns and grenades were reportedly found in the truck, and the driver of the vehicle was shot and killed, officials say.
While France enters another period of mourning following last November's terrorist attacks in Paris that killed 130 people, stars across the entertainment industry are offering their condolences with the hashtag #PrayForNice.
