Gene Simmons wants to rock and roll all night (and party every day), but the KISS bassist's rocking ways were temporarily halted during a recent concert.

While Kiss played the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse in Bozeman, Mont., on July 17, the 66-year-old began stepping backward on the stage before tumbling right onto his backside during the show closer "Rock and Roll All Nite." Watch above.

Luckily, a stage assistant leaped right into action and helped Simmons up right away.

There's been no mention of the fall on Simmons or KISS' social media accounts, which makes us think everything is A-ok after the tumble. Though, maybe he'll opt for a smaller heel in the future?
