Marvel's new collaborative show with Netflix, Luke Cage, has been given an official poster for San Diego Comic Con.

TV Guide first reported that the eerie yet striking poster is set to represent the forthcoming show at the event, which will feature a large spectrum of performers and musical talent when it kicks off Wednesday.

Marvel Entertainment Chief Creative Officer Joe Quesada—who's enjoyed quite a career as a comic book artist—designed the Luke Cage poster. “There’s always great pressure with superhero posters,” he told TV Guide. “You’ve got one shot to encapsulate a character with a pose that’s provocative and that you hope will someday be iconic.”

Queseda also shared a few thoughts on actor Mike Colter, who plays the muscle-bound Harlem crime fighter on the show: "Mike gives Luke a smoldering strength...he’s sexy and calming. And the ladies love it.” Cotler debuts as Cage on Netflix September 30.

If you're flocking to the San Diego convention between July 20-24, you can pick up a copy of the poster at the Marvel booth starting Wednesday. If you're not, but still want all the feels from Comic Con, check out these cosplayers from New York Comic Con 2015:
