On its way to becoming a cultural juggernaut, James Corden's "Carpool Karaoke" segment on The Late Late Show has swept up the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Adele, Mariah Carey, Justin Bieber and a laundry-list of other icons.
The next logical step for Corden and company came on Wednesday night, when the talk show host pulled up to the frickin' White House to pick up first lady Michelle Obama.
In the video above, Corden and the FLOTUS cement a burgeoning friendship, getting down to tunes from Beyoncé and Missy Elliott like a couple of old chums. Corden pulls up to 16 Pennsylvania Avenue under the impression he's there for a tour, then Obama hops into his Range Rover. He's utterly dumbstruck.
Obama also gives a little performance of "This Is For My Girls," a song orchestrated under the umbrella of her Let Girls Learn campaign. The tune packs a lot of star power, featuring verses from Kelly Clarkson, Kelly Rowland, Janelle Monáe, Missy Elliot, Zendaya and more.
