Mötley Crüe's Vince Neil Charged With Misdemeanor Battery After Fan Assault
Motley Crüe's Vince Neil has been charged with a misdemeanor battery after he allegedly assaulted a female fan in Las Vegas back in April, TMZ reports. The band's frontman was approached by the woman, who asked him for an autograph. Las Vegas police officer Michael Rodriguez confirmed with Rolling Stone that "Mr. Neil subsequently pulled her down to the ground by the hair."
After the incident, Neil and Nicolas Cage were caught by the paparazzi outside of Sin City's Aria Hotel where they were seen arguing with each other. Neil's first scheduled court appearance is July 27, and if convicted he'll face up to six months in jail.
