Oprah will be flexing her acting muscle once again, as she is set to star in Disney's A Wrinkle in Time. The mogul is reuniting with Selma director Ava DuVernay, who is helming the adaptation of the 1963 fantasy classic novel written by Madeleine L’Engle, Deadline reports.

Oprah, who was also cast in Selma, is set to play Mrs. Which. No other actors have been confirmed, but Disney Motion Pictures is eyeing big names like Amy Adams and Kevin Hart. Frozen writer and co-director Jennifer Lee is behind the A Wrinkle in Time adaptation's script.

The original book tells the story of a young girl who tries to after her government scientist father after he goes missing. Mrs. Which is one of the supernatural beings who help the girl in her mission. There is no set release date for A Wrinkle in Time as of now, but the role follows Oprah's casting in the upcoming HBO movie The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks.
