Here's some advice before you attend your next metal concert: Put your damn phone away! Last night, Slipknot's Corey Taylor spotted a male fan in the front row who wasn't paying attention to the concert because he was texting. So the band's frontman proceeded to smack the phone right out of the fan's hand. See the action below:

Maybe the fan was sending an emergency S.O.S. message or simply swiping through Tinder, but at least he was all smiles after the masked Taylor sent his phone into the depths of the stage floor. After the incident, Taylor explained his reasoning on Twitter to another fan.

"If you're gonna text, stay home" he said before tweeting:

"Right on man. It's actually funny- afterward, the dude TOTALLY understood the fuck up and we laughed together haha. Okay. But it doesn't mean I w/ a broken neck & still playing a show can't get pissed that someone's ignoring it."

Taylor continues to rock out on stage (without headbanging) while wearing a neck brace, as he just had spinal surgery. The phone drama comes a few months after Disturbed's David Draiman apologized for humiliating a fan who was texting her mom in the middle of the band's performance.
