Seeing Will Smith perform his 1998 single "Miami" in the city of Miami might be the most Will Smith thing ever. Or is it the most Miami thing ever? In any case, Big Willie gave an energetic performance of the song at a party for the forthcoming Suicide Squad movie, hyping the film in which he plays the villainous assassin Deadshot.

The Suicide Squad promo party earlier this week only called for a minor Will Smith rap performance. Billboard points out that cast members Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn), Karen Fukuhara (Katana), Jay Hernandez (El Diablo) and director David Ayer are all onstage enjoying the sun-soaked, Miami vibes during Smith's short-lived concert.

Speaking on Suicide Squad earlier this month, Smith said that it's "very freeing" to not play the good guy for once, even though he makes a very compelling good guy in most movies. Suicide Squad releases in theaters nationwide on August 5.
