The CMA Awards are celebrating their 50th anniversary this year, and the nominations list has arrived. Chris Stapleton, Eric Church and rising country act Maren Morris all take the lead with five nods each.

Stapleton is up for Male Vocalist of the Year, Single of the Year for "Nobody to Blame," Musical Event of the Year, Music Video of the Year for "Fire Away" and Entertainer of the Year. Garth BrooksLuke BryanCarrie Underwood and Keith Urban are nominated in that category as well.
