Have you ever heard similarities between Ed Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud" and Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On"? Well, the heirs to Gaye's co-writer Ed Townsend are arguing just that.

According to TMZ, the British singer has been hit with a lawsuit claiming that Sheeran lifted some parts of the 1973 classic for his Grammy-winning song.

In June, Sheeran was sued for similarities between his song "Photograph" and a track Matt Cardle recorded, called "Amazing."

People points out that "Thinking Out Loud" and "Let's Get It On" had previously been mashed up but Boyz II Men in concert. In fact, here's Sheeran mashing up the two songs himself:
