July 36th Aug. 4, Frank Ocean's Boys Don't Cry will finally be released. The sophomore studio album follows Channel Orange, released way back on July 10, 2012. The New York Times confirmed the news with an Apple Music source; the streaming service reportedly has an exclusive deal for Boys Don't Cry, which will last two weeks before other platforms get their hands on the new Frank.
There's no more news in the Times' story, but we can now read between the lines of these:

In April 2015, Frank teased Boys Don't Cry as a July release. It never came. This year he waited till July 2 to tease, again, a July release which also, obviously, never came. On Monday morning, his website was overtaken by a pre-taped video of a faraway figure doing some construction in a warehouse-y space.
