Sound the pop alarms to the highest levels, because Lady Gaga is officially making her return to music! The star revealed on Instagram that she will be releasing a new single, "Perfect Illusion," next month.

This marks the first solo single from Mother Monster since 2014's "G.U.Y.," as she's been focusing on acting with her stint on American Horror Story: Hotel and her upcoming role in Bradley Cooper's A Star is Born remake. Oh, she's also been busy dipping into the jazz world with Tony Bennett. But let's face it—we've all been waiting for her to leave that behind and make a return to weirdo pop.

As of now, there is no set release date for "Perfect Illusion." But Mark Ronson has been actively speaking about how great Gaga's follow-up to 2013's Artpop will be, so the standards are set very high.
