We still don't know for sure when Frank Ocean's Boys Don't Cry will drop, but any news about the anticipated record will keep loyal fans salivating. The latest update from an artist that is not Frank Ocean comes from Lil B, who confirms that he indeed worked on the album.

“Frank Ocean was amazing. He called me to come out and do some stuff for his album, Boys Don’t Cry, that’s coming out," the California rapper said in a Dazed interview. "He’s a beautiful man with a beautiful voice. He’s a very strong man, a very strong person. Anything that I can do to help him, I will.”

When asked about the album's release, Lil B kept its mystery intact: “If Frank releases. Let’s see what Frank releases. Frank has the material.” The reveal comes two years after the friends were photographed in the studio together. Lil B also posted this photo of Frank on Instagram earlier this summer, proving the singer was still around.
