Natalie Portman, Oscar winner and co-star of two Thor films, is done making Marvel movies, as far as she knows.

In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, the Black Swan star says of the Marvel franchise, “As far as I know, I’m done. I don’t know if maybe one day they’ll ask for an Avengers 7 or whatever. I have no idea. But as far as I know, I’m done.”

Fair enough! After all, Portman had to suffer through three Star Wars prequels before she could make more interesting projects, and her work in the first two Thor films made it unnecessary for her to return for Thor: Ragnarok, due out November 2017. Perhaps Jane Foster will be recast in future Avengers properties, a la Edward Norton as the Hulk.

Portman is currently supporting A Tale of Love and Darkness, due out this Friday. And we, as Marvel fans, are currently supporting the news that Marvel’s Runaways is headed to Hulu, from the Gossip Girl creators.
