Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson caused a frenzy when he posted a message on Instagram, calling out his Fast 8 male co-stars as "candy asses." We did a brief digging to figure out who the actor was referring to, but according to TMZ it isn't who we'd expect!

A production source revealed to TMZ that Vin Diesel is the one reportedly squabbling with The Rock on set. Gasp! This comes as a surprise, since we scored his Potential Candy Ass Level 2 out of 10. Apparently the two co-stars haven't been getting along, since Diesel (who is one of the film's producers) made decisions The Rock didn't like.

According to another source, the actors had a meeting yesterday to ease the rising tensions so filming could continue smoothly. Tyrese, one of The Rock's Fast 8 co-stars, recently said in a now-deleted post the Instagram rant was not directed towards him.

"...why are you guys so impressionable? A man wouldn't be singing from his heart and soul to another mans little angel if he had a problem with her dad," Tyrese wrote. "Let me calm you guys all the way down...I don't know WHO he has a problem and I don't have any details of WHAT those problems are—as a matter of fact if I DID know I would tell you s--t!!!!"

Fast 8 premieres on April 14, 2017, giving plenty of time for the actors to squash all this drama and become BFFs again. But while we wait, dive into our complete guide to the upcoming film.
