The Weeknd and Daft Punk — a group of mostly quiet, keep-to-themselves dudes — haven't said much about their next musical projects, but sleuths over at YourEDM have put together their puzzle pieces.
They point to a recent Billboard roundtable, which included Wendy Goldstein, Republic Records executive VP/head of urban A&R. Goldstein was so pumped about an upcoming studio rendezvous that she couldn't keep the secret in:
“Actually, we have a session coming up in two days with The Weeknd and Daft Punk. I’m a massive Daft Punk fan, and this is the first time that I’ve actually been involved with an artist who’s going to go and work with them.”
