Britney Spears' early aughts were admittedly not her best. She was embroiled in gossip after shaving her head, getting caught driving with her baby in her lap and marrying her childhood friend for 55 hours. We don't need to list out all the questionable things for which people bullied her, because her upcoming Lifetime biopic will probably refresh your memory, but Spears is just glad that that era is over.

In an interview with British show Lorraine, Spears chats about how being in her thirties is way more enlightened than her "horrible" twenties.

“I’m in a really good place right now. I’m loving myself every day and learning who I am. It’s awakening, it’s cool.” she said. "It’s OK to be single!”

Also in the interview, Spears shows off her British accent, plots revenge on her sons for pranking her and dispels any rumors that she was going to quit music to become a teacher.
