Today is a huge one for music lovers, as a slew of new projects have been released. But a notable one is missing: Kid Cudi's Passion, Pain & Demon Slayin album. The artist tweeted a statement explaining to fans why the LP was delayed.

“Due to some minor sample clearances being finalized, we miss our deadline for tonight,” Cudi wrote. “HOWEVER, you will be able to purchase 'FREQUENCY’ and ‘SURFIN’ within the next 48hrs for your groovy pleasure to hold you over. Waiting to hear from the label on an official pre order, release date, platform availability."

Passion, Pain & Demon Slayin’, Cudi's follow-up LP to last December's Speedin' Bullet 2 Heaven, is set to feature guests like André 3000Willow SmithPharrell and Travis Scott.
