LeBron James is staying busy off the court, with another new TV series, a comedy titled There Goes the Neighborhood, now in the works at NBC.

According to Deadline, the single-camera comedy will be about a white family moving into a predominantly black neighborhood in Cleveland. Along with James’ SpringHill Entertainment, Scrubs creator Bill Lawrence’s Doozer and Warner Bros. TV are also producing.

James’ SpringHill company is concurrently developing a sports medicine drama for NBC. SpringHill is also involved with the production of Starz’s comedy Survivor’s Remorse, NBC’s upcoming game show The Wall and CNBC’s reality show Cleveland Hustles, among others.

James, of course, plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers and led the team to its first championship in June. Last summer he co-starred in the Judd Apatow comedy Trainwreck.
