Future and Atlanta producer Zaytoven's 2016 mixtape Beast Mode, one of Fuse's 10 favorite tapes of the last 10 years, is about to get a sequel. Skipping installments two through 15, Beast Mode 16 will feature none other than Future's What a Time to Be Alive/Summer Sixteen Tour partner, Drake.

“We should be dropping a single within two weeks, and it’s featuring Drake," Zaytoven told Billboard at the Atlanta-set taping of the BET Hip Hop Awards over the weekend.

Zaytoven recently told Vlad TV:

"We’re really done. But we keep working though. Future’s the guy, like, where if I send him some beats while he on the road and there’s a pack of beats that he really like, if there’s a new vibe or new wave, he's like, 'Man, keep feeding me more. Feed me more of this every day.' There’s been times I’m at my little boy’s basketball practice or something, he’s like, ‘Zay, I need some more beats. I need some more beats.’ I’m like, ‘Man, there’s a million producers around. You need some more from me again?’ When he’s locked in on a producer’s sound or what we got going on, that’s what he want over and over again.”

Tuesday marks one year since What a Time to Be Alive, but Drizzy and Future Hendrix have since teamed up on Views' "Grammys" and "100it Racks," off DJ Esco and Futch's Project E.T. mixtape back in June.
