Happy 20th birthday, Sabrina the Teenage Witch! In honor of ABC's TGIF mainstay premiering back in 1996, Entertainment Weekly had a reflective chat with star Melissa Joan Hart. And since this is the age of reunions, reboots, and many-years-later sequels, you know EW hit MJH with the big question about bringing back Sabrina

“I think it played out," said Hart, who turned 40 earlier this year. "You can’t end Sabrina better than you ended it—riding off on a motorcycle with Harvey to a No Doubt song, leaving one wedding to go to another. The ending of the show was perfect.”

It echoes what Hart told Yahoo in 2013: "I might consider that, but it's always tough to go back. It's so tough to go back and make it right, make it really good. You have one shot to get it really right—everybody always looks older, things have changed."

But then, earlier this year, Hart told FABLife she was heading to a meeting about new Clarissa Explains It All and Sabrina the Teenage Witch ideas. However, she cautioned, "It's a lot of politics and we are nowhere near doing anything."
