Solange makes a long-awaited return to music with A Seat at the Tableher third studio album. The record, which the singer says is "meant to provoke healing & journey of self empowerment" is soulful, heartwarming and a musical representation of a fearless Black woman.

A Seat at the Table features many vocal "blessings" from an eclectic array of artists: chilling R&B maven Kelela, New Orleans legend Master P, '80s soul slayer Dev Hynes, Ms. Tina Knowles-Lawson, sister Kelly RowlandLil Wayne himself and many more.

A few days ago, 86 fans received cryptic books that included artful photographs, the title of the album and a mysterious date. A Seat at the Table follows 2008's Sol-Angel and the Hadley St. Dreams and the incredible True EP (released in 2012).
