One of the most eagerly anticipated cover songs of the year has been unveiled, as Twenty One Pilots’ previously announced take on My Chemical Romance’s “Cancer” was released on Tuesday night.

The “Cancer” cover comes from Rock Sound’s upcoming tribute album to My Chemical Romance’s The Black Parade, which turns 10 this fall. State Champs, Against The Current and Escape The Fate are among the other artists that tackled MCR covers for the project.

Twenty One Pilots’ Tyler Joseph recently teased the “Cancer” re-imagining on social media. The duo has had three huge hits of its own this year with “Stressed Out,” “Ride” and “Heathens.”
