If the American Horror Story: Murder House and Coven crossover season news wasn't enough this morning, co-creator Ryan Murphy just made another announcement that will get fans in a tizzy! He tweeted that season two Asylum character Lana Winters (played by Sarah Paulson) will appear in the current Roanoke.

Winters is a journalist who went to investigate Briarcliff Manor, but was soon committed by Sister Jude (Jessica Lange). Paulson, an AHS series regular, is notorious for surviving every season. She already plays British actress Audrey Tindall in Roanoke, so it will be interesting to see Murphy plans to separate that character to make way for Winters' return.

But Paulson has done AHS double-duty before, where she played both Sally and the American Horror Story: Murder House medium Billie Dean Howard in Hotel. The thrilling news is even more proof that Roanoke continues to combine the storylines from previous seasons.
