Frank Ocean's Not Getting a Grammy

If you're a Frank Ocean fan, your face might be looking like the distraught cover of Blonde right now. Billboard confirmed that your fave won't be eligible for a Grammy award in next year's ceremony.

Both Ocean's Blonde, an indie release, and Endless, a Def Jam release, were not submitted for consideration in time. The deadline was Sept. 30. (You can hear our early Grammy predictions right here.)
