At an Oakland stop on his Saint Pablo Tour, Kanye West announced that he won't be attending the Grammy Awards if they don't nominate Frank Ocean. However, 'Ye must've missed the news that Ocean is not eligible for a Grammy because he didn't turn in his projects for consideration.

“I’ll tell you this right now, if his album is not nominated in no categories, I’m not showing up to the Grammys,” West ranted. “As artists, we’ve got to come together to fight the bullshit.”

The deadline for Grammy consideration was Sept. 30, and Ocean did not submit Endless nor Blonde.
