Things have been a little shaky for the Kardashian clan after Kim Kardashian West was held at gunpoint in her luxury apartment in Paris earlier this month. The businesswoman has yet to speak publicly, but on Tuesday, sister Khloé Kardashian gave some insight into the traumatizing event, where Kim was tied up and robbed of her jewels.

"I mean, she's not doing that well," Kardashian told Ellen DeGeneres. "I mean, it's incredibly traumatic what happened to her, but our family is super close and great and we'll get through it together, and we do appreciate all of your guys' love and support and it will take time."

DeGeneres then asked if the assault and robbery has given the family—notorious for flaunting their wealth—a reason to calm down on their avid social media appearances. Khloé answered:

"Well, I think it's just a wake-up call to make a lot of life adjustments. This is a really serious matter for Kim I think that's really personal as to when that emotional terror you could move on from that. I think, for us, it's all a wake-up call for all of us, but definitely just to make sure our sister's OK."

Khloé also went on to explain the hullabaloo that went down a couple weeks ago when Rob Kardashian called out his sisters for not inviting his fiancée Blac Chyna to her own baby shower.
