Guess what, Liam lovers? Big Payno has signed a record deal in North America, following his deal with Capitol U.K. in July. The One Direction alum has signed with Republic Records, the company announced on Monday. Liam Payne's new labelmates include Ariana Grande and The Weeknd.

Here's what Payne's manager, Simon Oliveira, had to say in a press release:

"With Republic’s track record of launching powerhouse talent in the U.S. including superstars like DrakeNicki MinajLil Wayne, The Weeknd, Ariana Grande, Lorde, and countless others, I am more than confident we have assembled the best possible team alongside Capitol’s UK label to launch and shepherd Liam’s solo career."

We've already dug VERY DEEP into what Payne's music will sound like, but now we know it's coming soon. Republic Records CEO has faith that Payne will continue to be even bigger than 1D: "Liam has a tremendous opportunity to make an even greater impact on pop culture," he said in the release.

As for the other 1D guys, we already know that Zayn is slaying on the music front, scoring the No. 1 that the band couldn't quite achieve. He's also working on his memoir, a TV series and Versace's Versus line. Louis Tomlinson is apparently creating a girl group. Harry Styles has signed with Columbia Records and is filming Christopher Nolan's Dunkirk. Niall Horan has signed with Capitol Records, revealed his new single "This Town" and is prepared to appear at Jingle Ball this year.
