Captain Jack Sparrow and his swashbuckler crew are finally back! The debut teaser trailer for Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, the Disney franchise's first movie in more than five years, made its big unveiling during Sunday's season finale of AMC's Fear the Walking Dead.
The fifth installment in the series opens with the terrifying and ghastly Captain Salazar (Javier Bardem), who tells Henry (Gods of Egypt's Brenton Thwaites) in a menacing voice: "Find Sparrow for me and relay a message from Captain Salazar, and tell him death will come straight for him.”
The film brings back the original crew: Johnny Depp as the the captain, Orlando Bloom as Will Turner, Geoffrey Rush as Barbossa, Kevin McNally as Gibbs and Stephen Graham as Scrum. It will also feature Kaya Scodelario (The Maze Runner) and Golshifteh Farahani (Exodus: Gods and Kings). According to Deadline, Paul McCartney is set to make a cameo but his role is still undisclosed.
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, which follows 2011's Dead Men Tell No Tales, will invade theaters on May 26, 2017. In the meantime, check out this roundup of the biggest box office record breakers from the last decade.
