Pretty Little Liars announced it will officially end its run with Season 7 back in August, and Shay Mitchell is already saying a tearful goodbye. The show's star released an emotional “Farewell Love Letter” video, which opens with the cast and production crew applauding after the wrap filming for the last time at 12:15 a.m.

The clip, which runs for almost nine minutes, finds Mitchell trying to hold back her tears as she recalls her memories working on the show with notes on her phone. “Sad, anxious, excited, terrified, inspired, gratified, nervous, unsure, proud, upset, accomplished, relieved, devastated, lucky," she begins. "I didn’t know it was possible to feel so much at once, yet I sit here with all my feelings. It feels like the last day of school with just an extra bit of emptiness.”

The actress continues:

“Our show ending is such a weird, unique thing that I have only experienced from where you all are sitting: the viewer’s side. I remember shows I watched growing up ending and all that came along with a series finale, yet where I am seated now is so different. I don’t know what my life would’ve looked like without Pretty Little Liars.

A few days ago, the cast of the show made their bond even stronger by getting matching tattoos of their character's first initial:

Pretty Little Liars aired its summer finale on Aug. 30, with the remaining 10 episodes of the season set to premiere in April 2017. Along with Mitchell, the popular teen drama (which premiered on June 8, 2010 on ABC Family) stars Troian Bellisario, Ashley Benson, Sasha Pieterse, Janel Parrish and Lucy Hale.

Series creator and showrunner I. Marlene King will air her new show Famous in Love, starring Bella Thorne, right after the PLL two-hour series finale.
