Metallica

Metallica end their eight-year studio album absence tomorrow, Nov. 18, with Hardwired...To Self-Destruct. The band's 10th studio LP, not counting 2011's best-forgotten Lou Reed team-up Lulu, is being hailed as a return to form (which, to be clear, so was the last album '08's Death Magnetic). But now you can hear for yourself, as Metallica has put out music videos for every Hardwired...To Self-Destruct song.

Three of the videos—"Hardwired," "Moth Into Flame" and "Atlas Rise!"—arrived previously, beginning in August. The remaining nine started dropping late Wednesday, Nov. 16, one every two hours, and wrapped this morning.

So yeah, via 12 music videos, you can listen to Metallica's new album. Enjoy Hardwired...To Self-Destruct; we hope it was worth the wait and doesn't immediately send you sprinting back to the mid-'80s classics.
