We all love Dolly Parton's song "Jolene," and judging by the numbers, we all love Parton's NBC movie Christmas of Many Colors: Circle of Love. So for her next movie, she's going to be telling the story of "Jolene," the woman of whom she begged "please don't take my man" in 1973.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, Parton did not hold back when describing the title character of the Jolene film. Although Christmas of Many Colors was heartwarming, Jolene will be a bit more scandalous:

"I can't worry about what people think. I'm not pretending to be anything. I'm a sinner, I'm a saint, I'm a seeker, I'm like most people out there. I can't limit myself as a writer to worry about people saying, 'Oh, I thought she was so much better than that and now she's done this movie about a whore.'"

There's no word on when Jolene will hit the silver screen, but we do know that the song has garnered Parton a 2017 Grammy nomination. The legend was featured on the Pentatonix cover, which nabbed a spot on the noms list on Tuesday. They recently performed the song together with Miley Cyrus on The Voice. "Jolene" got another revival in 2016 when she played it with Katy Perry at the ACM Awards.

Also, Parton has been busy planning a fundraiser for the victims of the Gatlinburg wildfire, which forced an evacuation of her Dollywood theme park.
