Kanye West just made his second public appearance since his hospitalization last month, and his choice doesn't come as much of a surprise. The artist was seen entering the Trump Tower in New York City this morning, and according to spokesperson Hope Hicks he had a meeting with Donald Trump himself.
The purpose of the meeting was unknown and the rapper declined to answer any questions. But while talking to the press, Trump stated the two "have been friends for a long time." While this chain of events calls for a strong "WTF," it was bound to happen at some point. During his November concert in San Jose, Calif., Kanye revealed to the audience that while he didn't vote in the election, he would've voted for Trump.
The Trump Tower excursion comes after a newly-blond West appeared at the Rick Owens: Furniture exhibition in West Hollywood on Dec. 8. He was released from UCLA Medical Center after he was admitted on Nov. 21, where he was being treated for exhaustion and sleep deprivation.
