Taylor Swift has a new member of her extensive squad: a 96-year-old fan named Cyrus Porter! The pop star gave the World War II veteran a major Christmas surprise on Monday, when she headed to his Missouri home to perform an acoustic rendition of "Shake it Off."
Porter made a name for himself in the local news as he's traveled far and wide to see Swift live. “I’ve been to two concerts. Memphis and St. Louis," the vet told People. "Look what she does…she puts on a show no one else puts on. I just enjoyed going to see ’em and her. I would as soon go see her right now as anybody!"
