FIFTH HARMONY'S DEBUT PERFORMANCE AS A QUARTET. WIG!!!!!!! pic.twitter.com/ko09HF0khO— Music News & Feed (@Musicnews_feed) January 19, 2017
Last night was a major career shift for Fifth Harmony, as the ladies officially made their performance debut as a quartet at the 2017 People's Choice Awards. Lauren, Normani, Ally and Dinah all took the stage for the first time without former member Camila Cabello to give an incredible (and updated) rendition of their "Work From Home" smash.
Camila previously had the first verse on the studio version, but the foursome (who looked ready to slay in all-black leather outfits) split up the verse and switched up the opening line. "We ain't worried 'bout nothing, we ain't worried about nada," they confidently sang in unison.
Along with the rocking performance, the four ladies also took home the award for Favorite Group for the second year in a row. "So much to come," Lauren teased while accepting the award from Epic labelmate DJ Khaled. See the moment below:
Last month, 5H announced they were informed by Cabello's representatives that she'll be leaving the group to focus on her solo career. Her response to the statement then led to a back-and-forth discussion between Cabello and her former members in order to let fans know how things really went down. The girl group is planning to release their third album sometime this year.
Next up, go down memory lane with one of Fuse's earliest interviews with the quartet before they were even finished with The X Factor:
