It's time, Little Monsters! Lady Gaga will finally make an appearance on RuPaul's Drag Race for its season 9 premiere. The entertainer revealed the news on Twitter today with a teaser of herself in all her fabulous drag glory. "The time has come! I'm joining the girls on the season premiere of @RuPaulsDragRace! #DontBeADrag #JustBeAQueen," she tweeted with references to her 2011 "Born This Way" single.

The Logo TV show later confirmed the news, tweeting #DragRace is so ready to go #Gaga!" Lady Gaga has wanted to be a guest on the show for a few years now. In 2013, she pleaded "Can I PLEASE be a judge on drag race! @RuPaul I started out in these club, these women taught me how to serve!"

She's also been seeing hanging out with popular Drag Race contestant Bianca Del Rio, and even performed 2013's ARTPOP cut "Fashion!" with RuPaul himself for ABC's Lady Gaga & the Muppets' Holiday Spectacular. Having Gaga on the show is the latest win for RuPaul. The host recently scored his first Emmy in September for Outstanding Host for a Reality or Reality-Competition Program.

Look out for the season 9 premiere of RuPaul's Drag Race this spring. Before then, throw it back to 2009 where Mother Monster talks co-sign from Madonna and being an "artist of liberation" with Fuse:
