Shia LaBeouf has officially shut down his HE WILL NOT DIVIDE US anti-Donald Trump livestream following reports of gunshots.

"We have taken the stream down after shots were reported in the area," the actor and performance artist tweeted t his morning. "The safety of everybody participating in our project is paramount."

The art installation was previously held at New York City's Museum of the Moving Image, but was closed earlier this month due to concerns of it becoming a public hazard. "The installation created a serious and ongoing public safety hazard for the Museum, its visitors, staff, local residents, and businesses," the museum's statement read. "The installation had become a flashpoint for violence and was disrupted from its original intent."

Following its closing in NYC, LaBeouf's art piece was moved to Albuquerque, N.M.'s El Rey Theater on February 18. Last month, the actor was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault and harassment following an altercation with a man outside of the exhibit.
