'Warped Roadies' airs each Wednesday at 11/10C on Fuse, and throughout the show we take you into the lives of the people who make Warped Tour happen each year.
Warped Tour, the longest running tour in North America, is in its 19th year – all thanks to producer and founder Kevin Lyman. In 1995, this tour veteran took a handful of his favorite SoCal punk and ska bands and created what is now known as the Warped Tour. Kevin's top priorities are the fans and bringing them a kickass lineup each year, hopefully giving the kids their “Best Day Ever.”
Sierra, AKA DJ Saucy, is Kevin Lyman’s daughter, and this year she’s graduating from high school, making this her last Warped Tour before she heads off to college. Sierra was born just a few days before Warped originally kicked off in 1997, and will be celebrating her 18th birthday while on tour this year. Sierra wakes up bright and early every morning to create a map of the stages and sponsors at each venue, while occasionally DJ’ing.

...I mean, who doesn't love a family portrait?!
You don’t want be on the bad side of a man like Kenny Leath. As main stage manager, Kenny is responsible for the equipment and staging needs of the biggest bands on the tour, along with getting everyone on and off the stage on time. He calls the shots when it comes to production and working with the locals. Kenny has worked on Warped Tour for 13 years and according to him, Warped makes every other tour look easy.
Nineteen-year Warped veteran Lisa knows all the ins and outs of running the tour. As the Tour Manager and Kevin Lyman’s right-hand woman, she oversees everything including security, transportation, equipment, ticketing, buses, credentials and more. If something needs to happen on the road, Lisa makes sure it gets done.
It’s Danny’s ninth year with Warped Tour. Danny runs the 10-man crew in charge of setting up sponsor tents. They wake up at 6:15AM to begin unloading the semi-trucks full of all the equipment needed to accommodate everyone involved in the tour. During the day, however, they have a lot of time off to sleep...or flirt with the ladies. Since Danny is able to hire his best friends to work with him all summer, the crew is basically the fraternity boys of Warped Tour.
Terry is one of Danny’s best friends and a member of the Warped Tour Set-Up Crew. Aside from working Set-Up, this year he will also be running his first merch booth for his own clothing line. Terry's motto is “work hard, play hard,” so whether he's helping build tents, selling his shirts or taking a nap in the bus on his off time, Terry definitely knows how to be the life of the party.
Josh, a traditional southern gentleman, is embarking on his first Warped Tour as the newest member of the Set-Up crew. Unfortunately, newbies always gets tortured by the veteran roadies, so he’s got a lot to look forward to.

A former intern in the tour’s production office, Trent is entering his first year as full-fledged Warped employee. This past spring he was offered the grueling waterboy (man) position, which he happily accepted. He waxes his mustache and rocks suspenders with a newsboy cap.
As the head of catering on Warped Tour, Shelleylyn has one of the most intense jobs on the road. Responsible for feeding 900 people three times a day in every city, Shellylyn works 20-hour days during the summer and has a history with the festival – she first started in 1994 as Kevin Lyman's assistant.
Lindsay is married to fellow Warped Roadie Mike Holshue. Last year they were newlyweds on tour, and this year they’re expecting a baby boy. While trying to survive the Warped Tour while pregnant, Lindsay will be managing the booth for Terry’s clothing business.
It's Mike's third year on Warped Tour with the Set-Up Crew. Last year, Mike got married to the love of his life, Lindsay. One of Lindsay's rules was that if Mike was going out on tour this summer, then she was coming with him! Now the two are expecting a little Warped Tour baby…which means this could be their last Warped summer ever.

If this isn't the sweetest 'Warped Roadies' photo of the year, we don't know what is.
Kacie works for Living the Dream, a foundation that makes dreams come true for young people with life-threatening afflictions. Through Warped Tour, she is able to give music-lovers a chance to experience their dreams with their favorite musicians.
Musician, singer, visual artist, actress, dancer, promoter, innovator, beanie knitter, fashion icon, comic book super hero, magical kazoo virtuoso…and now lead singer of Beebs and Her Money Makers. Kevin met Beebs and was so impressed that he asked her to join the Warped Tour. This will be her first tour ever, and her first time living on a bus with her band.
