Employees, officers and directors and their immediate family members (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, of Fuse Networks LLC (“Sponsor”), MSG Holdings, L.P. and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, brands and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS. PARTICIPATION IN SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO THE PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF SERVICE OF WWW.FUSE.TV. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF SERVICE OF WWW.FUSE.TV, DO NOT ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES OR PROVIDE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION.

TO ENTER: Beginning at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 7, 2012 through 12:00 PM ET on November 20, 2012 (“Sweepstakes Period”), entrant may enter the Sweepstakes using the following method:

(a) Visit https://www.fuse.tv/promotions/justin-bieber-madison-square-garden and log on to your Facebook account. [If entrant does not have a Facebook account, entrant may visit www.facebook.com to create one. A Facebook account is free. Facebook’s Terms of Service (http://facebook.com/terms.php) and all other terms and conditions apply. Updates sent to and/or from facebook.com using a wireless phone or other mobile device may incur additional charges. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding its pricing plans.];
(b) Grant Fuse access to your Facebook profile; and
(c) Complete the entry form in its entirety.

Each entrant may enter the Sweepstakes only one (1) time during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt to use multiple names or email accounts or other tactics to enter more than the stated limit may result in entrant’s disqualification by Sponsor from the Sweepstakes, including all associated entries being voided. Entries generated by mechanical, script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process shall be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged by Sponsor or returned to entrant.

DRAWING: On or around November 21, 2012, one (1) potential winner (the “Winner”) will be selected in a separate random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential Winner will be notified using the e-mail address provided on the entry form. If the potential Winner does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours from such email notification from Sponsor or Sponsor’s representative, Sponsor or Sponsor’s representative will make one (1) additional attempt to contact the potential Winner via the entrant’s email address provided on the entry form. If the potential Winner does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours from such additional notification from Sponsor or Sponsor’s representative, the potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner will be selected from among the remaining applicable eligible entries received. Potential Winner, by entry into the Sweepstakes, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state),photograph (including Facebook profile picture, if applicable), voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner and with any materials, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. The potential Winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within the specified time period. Each Guest (as defined below) will be required to execute and return a Liability and Publicity Release within the same time period. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential Winner is not in compliance with these rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate Winner selected. If a potential Winner is at least eighteen (18) years of age but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, the Prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on Winner set forth herein.

PRIZE: The Winner will be awarded a two (2) night trip for Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to the November 29, 2012 Justin Bieber concert at Madison Square Garden in New York, NY, which will include the following:
(a) Roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) (Winner and Guest) to New York, NY from a major commercial airport nearest Prize Winner’s residence;
(b) Two (2) tickets (for Winner and his/her Guest) to attend the November 29, 2012 Justin Bieber concert at Madison Square Garden in New York, NY;
(c) Two (2) nights hotel accommodations for Winner and his/her Guest at a hotel selected by Sponsor (standard, double occupancy) for the nights of November 28, 2012 and November 29, 2012; and
(d) Car service transportation to and from the hotel and a New York City area airport selected by Sponsor (collectively, the “Prize”).

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00.00 USD). Actual value of Prize may vary depending on departure airport, dates of travel and location. Winner and Guest must be able to travel beginning on November 28, 2012 and ending on November 30, 2012. If Winner cannot travel during the dates specified here, the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner. All Prize details are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent(s), on carrier(s) of Sponsor’s choice, in seat locations determined by Sponsor. All tickets are subject to terms and conditions or their issuer(s). Winners’ Guest must reside within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia and must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. If Winner’s or Guest’s point of departure is in close proximity (as determined by Sponsor) to New York, NY, then Sponsor may determine, in its sole discretion, that Winner and/or Guest will receive alternate ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and Sponsor will have no obligation to the Winner or Guest for any difference in prize value. The Winner and Guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents required for travel. Event seat locations, if applicable, will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Tickets and passes are subject to terms and conditions set forth thereon. Winner and Guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of Prize. Winner is solely responsible for all expenses not specifically set forth herein, including, but not limited to, travel to/from Winner’s home and major commercial airport nearest Prize Winner’s residence, spending money, meals, accommodations, gratuities, tips, taxes and incidentals.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. If any portion of any Prize is cancelled or postponed for any reason, Sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof, the remainder of the applicable Prize will be awarded, and Sponsor will have no further obligation to Winner. Prize cannot be assigned, transferred, changed, or redeemed for cash except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor is responsible only for Prize delivery and shall not be responsible for Prize utility, quality or otherwise. All federal, state, and local taxes, and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of Winner. Other restrictions may apply. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, Sweepstakes messages or emails; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections,availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrant’s or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the Facebook website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or Facebook website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential Winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for such drawing(s) prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor, MSG Holdings, L.P., Facebook, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.

REQUESTS FOR NAME OF WINNER: For the name of the Winner (available after November 30, 2012), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: “Fuse’s Justin Bieber in NYC Sweepstakes Winner List” c/o Fuse Networks LLC, 11 Penn Plaza, 17th Floor, New York, New York 10001, for receipt no later than December 15, 2012.
