Canadian Rocker Reignwolf Details Sharing Studio Time With Pearl Jam

Canadian singer/guitarist Reignwolf may be new on the rock scene, but the 29-year-old has connections with acts that tearing it up since the '80s. While riding a golf cart backstage at Austin City Limits Music Festival, Reignwolf tells Fuse's Yasmine Richards how his rock n' roll friendships landed him in a Pearl Jam recording session.

"First off, I met [Soundgarden bassist] Ben Shepard," the Saskatchewan native, real name Jordan Cook, says. "He introduced me to [guitarist] David 'Stitch' Rapaport and [drummer] Joseph Braley, who are playing in my band.

"Basically, that led to hanging out with Soundgarden a whole lot more and I asked him if he would record on one of my songs. He invited me to a Pearl Jam session! All of them were there, except for Mike McCready, and they let us record during their time! Hopefully we'll bring that to you soon."
