Can New Edition "Trust a Big Butt and a Smile" in 2014?

Whether you're a longtime fangirl, or just learned the words to classics like "Candy Girl" or "Mr. Telephone Man," it's safe to say that "Original Boy Band" New Edition paved the way for countless acts throughout the years. The R&B-pop legends, set to hit the road this summer for their New Edition All Six Tour, sat down with Trending 10 host Zuri Hall to discuss both old and new material.

The crew (minus Bobby Brown) kicked things off with a choreography lesson, teaching both Zuri and viewers the correct way to properly dance to "If It Isn't Love," their classic video that inspired Beyonce’s "Love on Top." The single may have dropped back in 1988, but Ronnie DeVoe, Ricky Bell, Johnny Gill, Michael Bivins and Ralph Tresvant proved that they've still got it.

For those who remember the classic "Poison" line, "Never trust a big butt and a smile," from New Edition’s highly successful offshoot group Bell Biv DeVoe, the band admitted that those words of wisdom may need to be tweaked in 2014. Along with suggestions to never trust a "flabby butt" and a "bigger butt," Bivins revealed, "I personally live with one, and it's nice—and I trust her with all of my heart."
