Jenny Lewis is feeling old. "Just One Of The Guys" her latest single, is a downtrodden ode to adult womanhood and really feeling the ticking of that biological clock.
The best way to cope with age is humor though, right? That's exactly what Lewis did, bringing Anne Hathaway, Kristen Stewart and Brie Larson to her latest video and making them get down and dirty in drag. The ladies play in Lewis' band with a sly nod to the virtually immobile ladies in Robert Palmer's iconic "Addicted to Love" and "Simply Irresistable" videos. Unlike Palmer's dancers, these actresses swap instruments for track suits and mustaches. (Hathaway's poor breakdancing is a gift to us all.)
It's over the top, completely ridiculous and equally hilarious, and it's a solid directorial effort from Lewis herself.
