Snoop Dogg loves his warm California weather–but the rapper has a cause to support. He has a mission to accomplish. He has to encourage Alaska to legalize recreational use of marijuana!

Yes, Snoop is encouraging Alaskans to vote for Ballot Measure 2, which "would remove all legal penalties for possession of up to 1 ounce of marijuana by adults 21 and older," according to Yahoo. 

So, in doing his part to get out the vote on Election Day 2014, Snoop told a former TV reporter on his webcast that he would do a "wellness retreat concert" in Alaska if the measure passes. Our guess is that he'll wait for winter to come and go before trekking up to the tundra.
