Bebe Rexha Describes Relationship with David Guetta as "Love at First Write"

It may seem like Bebe Rexha's success came overnight, but the Brooklyn songstress has been recording and turning heads for years. The "I Can't Stop Drinking About You" singer told Got Ur # that being "free" through her music began at an early age:

"My overnight success has been 10 years in the making....I knew that I wanted to be in music since the age of four. All my life, I was kind of always in a shell. I was always this weird kid, you know? I didn't like going out, I never went to prom, I never went to graduation. The only outlet that I really had was my music."

She also added that being genre-less without limitations is extremely important to her. "Being a songwriter or an artist in general is sort of frustrating," she explained, "because you feel like you have to constantly stay in a box, and I don't like staying in a box. I like being very real."
