Watch Tinashe Perform "Player" on 'Jimmy Fallon'

The "2 On" singer is cruising toward 'Joyride,' her second studio album

While the world's fussing hard over Justin BieberOne Direction and Adele, the Tonight Show quietly brought out the spotlight-bound Tinashe on Monday, and waves were made.

The 22-year-old R&B-pop sensation hit Fallon's stage with a solo version of her new Chris Brown–featuring single "Player." The choreography was crazy-smooth, which makes sense considering the music video features some of T's best dance work yet. Don't miss that mic-toss at the two-minute mark, either.

"Joyride" was produced by Alexander Kronlund (Britney SpearsBackstreet BoysRobyn) and Lulou (Carly Rae JepsenTori KellyAdam Lambert). It'll appear on Tinashe's January 2016 sophomore LP, Joyride.

"There's some songs that I recorded in my home studio again that I'm excited for the fans to hear because it shows, it's more of the original essence that brought the fans to become fans," the singer recently told Fuse. "You know, I'm still recording music there so it keeps that DIY vibe." Prior to her October 2014 label debut, Tinashe dropped three mixtapes. She released another, Amethyst, this past March.
