Claypool Lennon Delirium Talk Radioactive Ticks at Bonnaroo

The dynamic duo discuss meeting and what they would be doing if music didn't work out in this original Fuse interview

What do you get when you take Primus bassist/lead vocalist Les Claypool and mix in some John Lennon/Yoko Ono blood in the form of son Sean Lennon? Music magic, otherwise known as Claypool Lennon Delirium. We caught up with the pair at Bonnaroo to learn just how they found each other. Claypool explains:

"His band, The Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger opened for Primus on the last summer tour with Dinosaur Jr. and the first thing that Sean said to me was, 'I have been bitten by a radioactive tick and I have Lyme's Disease and I may have to go home.' I said, 'Let's start a band!' and so here we are."

The dynamic duo also tell us what they would be doing if they weren't in a touring band. The responses are...creative, to say the least.

Watch the clip above, then watch an powerful interview with Death Cab for Cutie bassist Nick Harmer from the same festival, below.
