Tech N9ne on Collaborating With Boyz II Men for 'The Storm' Album

"I've come to the realization that I'll never fit in," he says of his just-released album's concept. "So, it's my duty to make sure I stand up for them"

With over 20 years in the game and still going hard, Tech N9ne is gracing the industry with his new album The Storm. The midwest rapper and founder of independent record label Strange Music, Inc came through Fuse to talk about the stories behind his new album and its different collaborators.

"We just released 'Godspeed,' the first song, and I never do that," says the Missouri-bred musician of taking a different approach in the rollout for this new LP. "When I put albums together, I want it to feel like an experience. I wanted to take you through phases. Different feelings and emotions, you know. It might start bright then it ends on a darker level. It's got to have some type of form to it."
