A 16-Year-Old Zendaya Gives 'Big Sister Advice' to Fellow Teens: Watch

As part of our Teen Takeover Week, Fuse is looking back on our interviews with some of our favorite artists during their teenage years. Today we're highlighting Zendaya in this classic 2005 interview, where then then 16-year-old shares some pretty great "big sister advice" that helped her in her younger years.

"I had crushes and stuff but I think what kept me in line, or kept me being a good kid and not in drama, is staying focused on something," she tells us. "Dancing, acting...just doing stuff. When you have idle time that's when stuff goes crazy, so you just keep busy." Watch above as the artist also discusses teenagers not being taken seriously.
