Wiz Khalifa Says New Song About 'Acceptance'
Wiz Khalifa just dropped a new track on his Tumblr and this one’s not all about the highlife or Wiz’s beloved weed. Nope. On the silky-smooth, Eurotrance-influenced “Morocco,” produced by Sledgren, the Pittsburg rapper behind “Black and Yellow” sing-raps about acceptance, or lackthereof.
Wiz explains via Tumblr: “This song is about acceptance. Not necessarily feelin unaccepted but not really feelin accepted for who you are. Anyway, Here it is.“
Naturally, there’s a few nods to Wiz’s vice: “Can someone get me a lighter?” he asks as the track opens on a skittering beat. “I smoke too much / I think I have a drinking problem.” Wiz is gettin’ deep on us.
